Some of you may remember that I wrote (and revised, and revised, and revised) a kidlit novel and had an agent and everything. Everything except the book deal part.
Well, I don’t have an agent anymore either, and I’ve grown impatient to get this story out into the world.
So, I’m going to be publishing it a chapter at a time. Starting today. Because that’s what folks do nowadays.
If you read it, or better yet — if your kid between the ages of 8 and 12 reads it — I’d love feedback. I’ll be doing one last revision after this serial publishing experiment to create a final version that I’ll offer as an ebook.
If you want a new (free!) chapter every Friday, stick your email address in here and I’ll send it to you.
Right now, you can click here to download and read the first chapter, wherein you meet the boys, Martha, and a cat Martha’s parents haven’t even met yet.
